Payments are made through a platform called Honeybook. A secure third party system handles all payment processing. You can pay with debit, any major credit card or bank transfer. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date, with the balance due the morning of the event. WE WILL NOT BEGIN SETUP UNTIL FINAL PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE.
We recommend booking 4–8 weeks in advance, especially for weekend dates in peak seasons (spring, fall, and December holidays). Popular items like bounce houses, soft-play and custom balloon backdrops can book up fast, so the sooner the better! Short turn around bookings may be subject to rush fees.

We create stunning arches, garlands, columns, and backdrops for birthdays, weddings, baby showers, or any Austin-area celebration. Just fill out our inquiry form with your event details—date, theme, colors, size, and inspirations (like Pinterest photos)—and we'll respond within 24-48 hours to refine the design, suggest options, and handle professional setup.
