The 25% Deposit is non-refundable. However, you can cancel or reschedule your rental no less than 4 hours before drop-off time. Any remaining amount paid will be refunded. The 25% deposit can be used towards a future rental within 1 year.

We proudly serve Austin, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Leander Georgetown and surrounding areas in Texas. Delivery fees are $2/mile from our Lago Vista location and up to 60 miles out.

Payments are made through a platform called Honeybook. A secure third party system handles all payment processing. You can pay with debit, any major credit card or bank transfer. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date, with the balance due the morning of the event. WE WILL NOT BEGIN SETUP UNTIL FINAL PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE.

We recommend booking 4–8 weeks in advance, especially for weekend dates in peak seasons (spring, fall, and December holidays). Popular items like bounce houses, soft-play and custom balloon backdrops can book up fast, so the sooner the better! Short turn around bookings may be subject to rush fees.

Yes! All rentals include professional delivery, setup, and takedown. You just enjoy the party—we handle the rest.

Absolutely. Every bounce house and soft play item is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each use. We follow all manufacturer safety guidelines

Yes—that’s our specialty! We design and build fully custom backdrops, arches, garlands, and installations for any theme (Star Wars, Princess, If You Give a Mouse a Cookie, and more). Share your vision and we’ll bring it to life.

Yes, a 25% deposit secures your date on our calendar. The remaining balance is due the morning of your event.

Some smaller non-rental items (small balloon stacks and garlands, small decor) may be available for pickup. Bounce houses and large backdrops require professional delivery, setup and takedown for safety and insurance reasons.

Normal wear and tear is expected. However, excessive damage or loss will be charged at replacement/repair cost. We review all items upon pickup and discuss any issues immediately. Refer to Service Agreement for terms and conditions.

Yes! We offer popular bundles (bounce house + tables/chairs, balloon decor + backdrop, soft play + ball pit, etc.) and seasonal specials. Ask about current promotions like our December Winter Magic deal!

Standard rentals are for up to 6 hours. Overnight and multi-day rentals are available for an additional fee.

Most bounce houses and backdrops work great both indoors (garages, gyms) and outdoors. We’ll help you choose the best options based on your venue. Soft-Play setups can be setup indoors or outdoors, however the tiles work best on a flat hard surface and can separate easily on grass.

Yes. We carry full liability insurance up to $1 million for your peace of mind and protection. If a certificate of liability is required for your event, you must request the COI at least 4 days prior to the event date.

We google map every location to get an idea of any potential locations for setup. You can also send us a picture or video of setup location.

Mowed grass area is preferred, but rentals can be setup on concrete, asphalt, or dirt (depending on amount of rocks and sticks.) A tarp may be used to protect rental. ALL DOG DROPPINGS SHOULD BE PICKED UP PRIOR TO SETUP 😊

There is no refund once the rental has been setup.
